Looks like I'll be in for the test day as well, I was supposed to test this Sat to see if I fixed my steering issues, but we've got a 80% chance of rain.

Yes, and yes.
You can buy tires there and yes, Applachian is the tire vendor. They usually bring extra sets but it's better if you call them the Monday before the event to make sure they put a set on the truck with your name on it: 865-681-6622.
You could also check out the event Supps about halfway down page 4... ::)
Up to 14 now, which ties the V8RRS record (March 18-20 at Road Atlanta).
I'm registered for the test day and Sat/Sun races.
Original list updated to show the sixteen (16!) V8RRS drivers that have signed up - our biggest event of 2016! And with 14 cars running in GTA plus two more that are really GTA cars (but are just skeered) this will be the largest GTA field since we had 19 at the 2008 ARRC by GRM.
I'll also hope to be sending out details about the Saturday night social in the next couple of days, but it looks like we'll be joining the ProdFest folks for their season-ending bash.

Ends up work is getting in the way and Monette Racing Group had to cancel, but we're still looking at 33 cars in the Big Noise run group.
Allan & I are loading up this afternoon and heading out Thursday afternoon, so we'll see y'all at the track first thing Friday morning...
I'm sitting in a Flying J truck stop on exit 77 on I -95 in SC. Drove 10+ hours today and hopefully 5 tomorrow will get me there. The AC quit after the first hour so it has a rather clammy ride. You have not lived until you back one of these monsters into a parking space between two semi's with about three feet clearance on either side :)
